HLA peptide-binding fingerprints
|
The sequences of proteins encoded by HLA genes were downloaded from the IMGT/HLA database (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ipd/imgt/hla), and the residue numbers of all obtained protein sequences were re-numbered to correspond to those in the HLA-A*0201 allele (1A07). The peptide-binding environment for each HLA molecule encoded by HLA-A and -B genes was collected according to the definition of Nielsen# and stored in a database of HLA peptide-binding fingerprints embedded in PromPDD.
