NpEp: Non-peptidic Epitope DataBase
The data in NpEp were extracted from the published papers or downloaded from the pubilic epitope databases. The chemical information about the non-peptidic epitopes were linked to the database of Chemical Entities of Biological Interest(ChEBI) and the immunological inforamtion were linked to EDC.
